About the Authors
Gina Marescia

Gina is the creator of the unique CABI™ Leadership Impact Model. Since 1990 Gina has practiced as a transformational leadership consultant, coach, and organizational psychology practitioner across three continents. As a certified facilitator, executive coach, inclusion advocate and speaker, she has both challenged and defined leadership paradigms with MNCs and conglomerates. She is the founder of Catalyst Consulting HK and lives in Hong Kong and Italy with her husband. She certifies CABI™ coaches and mentors globally.
Dr. Chérie Carter-Scott

Chérie is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), holds a PhD in organizational development, and is known as the “Mother of Coaching” as she certifies coaches around the world. She supported the emergence of the book initially as Gina's executive coach in 2014. Chérie believed in this book as an access to leadership. She generously contributed some of her own stories and exercises and became an intermittent mentor, editor and sounding-board on the CABI™ concepts. She has authored over 18 books, including the #1 New York Times best-seller If Life is a Game, These are the Rules published in 40 countries. She lives in Southern Thailand with her husband.
