Gina's purpose to be a Catalyst and make a significant difference to a more diverse and inclusive world. "Catalysing" resilient, impactful people to find their leadership voice is at the heart of our work in organisations and our communities. Gina provides her time and expertise to professional and social projects that directly support Women, Students & Children.
This is a simple extension of similar causes she supported over her life starting in the 1980's in Southern Africa as a teenage psychology and teaching student. Accelerating social impact in parallel to organisational change, became formalised in the 1990s in her professional training, coaching and change roles in global consulting and mncs.

Developing Resilience for Impact
Gina partners with TWF (the HK Women's Foundation) as a Knowledge Partner for over nine years, providing annual pro-bono training to Mentors and emerging female leaders. More than 900 high-performing TWF women have benefited from Confidence & Courage with CABI or Resilience training to develop everyday resilience for leadership, peak performance and well-being.
Gina is also a TWF Mentor, Donor & Panelist.

Coaching & Change Professions
Catalyst has provided summer internships and term internships for 15 years to the only University in HK that has an established Organisational Psychology faculty. The Firm provides practical working experience, feedback coaching and exposure to Catalyst's L&D, talent, assessment and leadership programs. Gina is an appointed Psychology Field Supervisor and has mentored Undergraduates, Master and PhD Students many of those are now in managerial roles with MNCs and NGO's.
