Client 1:
Designed and facilitated a powerful 1.5 day business strategy offsite in China for a global Asset Management Client with 15 functional department heads. This resulted in a series of smaller facilitated meetings back in the office to support detailed planning + implementation.

Facilitated Leadership Meetings

Client 2:
As part of a strategic planning off site, the regional MD of an international hotel group wanted a facilitated Leadership development session with his seasoned and experienced leadership team. Catalyst provided input on the entire off site agenda + directly facilitated a 1 day session that enables the senior managers to align as a team, define and individual vision + then use that as a basis for the business visioning and planning.
