Each Master Set includes,

• Administrator’s Instructions (AI)
Detailed and standardised script for administering the exercise to ensure consistency in the way Exercises are administered.
• Instructions for the Participant (IFP)
Detailed script for each Participant with graphs, charts and items that replicate actual business document.
• Participant Report Form (PRF)
Allows Participants to record their own thoughts and motivations from an Exercise.
• Instructions for the Roleplayer or Resource Person (IFR)
Detailed script for Roleplayer or Resource Person to interact with the Participant.
• Roleplayer Report Form (RRF)
Allows Roleplayers to record their own thoughts and motivations from an Interview Simulation.
• Guide for Assessor (GFA)
It is a basis for assessment with behaviour examples against Competencies and provides guidance on marking.

Allows Assessors to capture their observation and evaluation across each Competency.
