Typically this is related to organization restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, new business directions, re-sizing, cultural changes and process reengineering.

Catalyst OD consulting seeks to provide solutions that address blockages from a people aspect, re-aligning people and HR process with the organization's direction.

Integration, alignment and a holistic perspective are underlying principles for Catalyst.

We provide an Asian based support for the implementation of global projects for multinationals with subsidiaries in Asia Pacific.

We leverage off previous experience as consultants in global consulting firms and our experience in client management roles to provide disciplined, best practice approaches with pragmatic solutions, in partnership with our Clients.

  • Fast Track Assimilation & Transition Programme for New Managers

This customized programme combines facilitation and coaching to quickly assimilate a Manager into a new role whether they have been internally transferred, promoted or recruited.

  • Global Employee Satisfaction Surveys.

Pre-survey consulting. Post survey root cause analysis and action planning for specific teams.

  • Facilitation or Focus Groups

Typically for Organization Development topics and off-site planning.

  • Validation of Global Competency Profiles

To ensure global and Asia Pacific HR processes are aligned and appropriate for HR processes like selection, training, performance management, succession management etc.

  • Multi-Rater Process Consulting

180 - 360 degree appraisal consulting on instrument or process design, scoring and feedback or follow-up coaching. Catalyst can play 2 roles for Clients:

  • Technical provider of bespoke 360 processes and tools,
  • External service bureau to consolidate and data and provide objective feedback.

Behind the scenes "Advisor" on which off-the-shelf tool to select, internal process design factors to consider and internal positioning.

  • Assessment Based Coaching

One-on-one or team based coaching, based on predefined objectives over a period of time. A psychometric tool may be included to fast track the coaching relationship and facilitate the focus on key topics or areas of performance.
Catalyst sources at least 2 Coaches depending on the needs of the Client organisation and Client Coachee/s.

  • Selection Process Design and Consulting

From competency profiling to interview guide design and assessment selection. The preference is to work with the Client to design and implement the process with the aim of transferring skills internally (competency based interviewing and assessor skills).
